Shortly after you submit an appointment booking with us you will receive a call, text or email. Whichever you prefer. We will verify the services you selected and verify your details to make sure we got them right! Shortly after we will send you a service agreement. Then we wait for the day we set up a cleaning service.

Once that day arrives we will contact you and verify that you are still good for us to clean your home for that day. Either we will knock on your door if you prefer an in-person service or we will get right to work if you prefer a contactless service.

Before we start our cleaning we will always do a pre-clean inspection. We will take photos of areas we agreed to clean for you. If we find anything noteworthy or of concern we will address it with you before beginning to clean!

After we get the green light from you we will begin setup! We will connect to your hose spigot and set up our hoses, safety signs and equipment. Let the cleaning begin! We always work with caution to protect your property, with gutter guards we will always ensure to prevent scratches and dents on gutter systems.

Once all your solar panels, windows and gutters are squeaky clean we will begin cleanup and take some photos of our finished work. Should you choose, we will review the results with photos and address any concerns! We are a satisfaction guarantee business. If you have any concerns this is the perfect time for us to address them! If you chose to have a contactless service feel free to contact us within 24 with questions or concerns regarding your clean!

All done! We will collect payment from you if payment has not yet been made! Enjoy your clear views, bright windows and clean solar.
